We offer expertly planned itineraries incorporating the best of East Africa’s irresistible attractions including –  Gorilla trackings in Bwindi in Uganda, parc de volcanoes in Rwanda and  we have to limited extent ventured into Democratic Republic of Congo DRC and tracked gorillas there. However the Congo side is still limited by insecurity but will give the best advise if you to track in Congo. We also offer -The Masai Mara Migration and northern Tanzania  circuit wildlife  safaris to mention a few which gives you a superior touring and sightseeing experience.

We offer set departures for our short uganda itineraries programs strictly limited to weekends. The 3 day and 5 day programs (short itineraries) are fixed for every weekends starting Fridays and returning on Sundays or Tuesdays for 3 day and 5 day respectively. Where gorilla tracking is involved will depend on the availability of permits. Because of scarcity of permits, our programs have been standardized to allow tracking in either Bwindi or Mgahinga parks. Rwanda – De Volcanoes National Park will need top up of permits, visa entry, accommodation and border crossing fees. Tour minimum numbers people are 2 ,4,or 6  people. Each person will be communicated the standing number of persons  to join and how many are  confirmed for the trip. A refund will be paid where the number exceeds other than communicated. Clients on working visits in the country can exploit this chance for affordable trips made easy.

In execution of our services we observe and follow Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) Policies, the Custodian of all protected areas in the country. Further we observe the ethical international conservation policies of endangered species. We make sure that nature is conserved and help the communities by encouraging Eco -tourism .We do not at any time encourage activities that may lead to depletion and endangering species of any sort.

Uganda Tourist Board (UTB) is a government body to market and harmonise the tour operators in the industry and at the same time  to ensure the smooth running of tourist activities by different stakeholders in the country and we make sure our services are of given standard to keep the Uganda destination desired and encourage more visitors.

Our Vehicles

We have been in the ground transportation business for over 9 years. We understand why it’s always important to not just have nice looking but working vehicles.
Lifetime Experience Safaris owns 6 vehicles – all 4X4s except buses. These ranges from regular saloon cars to bus that can take up to 32 passengers. ….because we own them, this helps us to bring you the most competitive rates in the market. The vehicles include Land Cruisers, minivans and a bus to manage big teams. We understand, it’s import to work within client’s schedule as well as knowing the inconvenience of having a car breakdown while on the trip. We do our best to keep all our vehicles in good mechanical condition and maintenance. We can not guarantee that you will have 100% satisfaction by hiring our cars but we do our best to avoid situations that may lead to breakdowns, waste of time while on your trip.
